Our priority is providing the best experience for all customers. All products purchased are considered final sales, and we may offer refunds or reshipping only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To request a refund or replacement, you must submit supporting evidence within 7 days of receiving the product.
For lost or significantly delayed packages, we handle refunds or reshipments on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product and wish to request a refund, please provide clear supporting evidence (including a description of the issue and photos/videos) within 7 days.
Depending on the severity, we will issue a partial or full refund or send a replacement.
In rare cases where an incorrect item is received (e.g., wrong color, model, or size), please submit photos/videos and the shipping label for verification within 7 days. Once confirmed, we will reship the correct product or process a refund, based on your preference.
Lost Packages
If tracking information shows no updates for over 45 days, indicating the package is lost or severely delayed, we will file a claim with the carrier and issue a full refund.
If you encounter an invalid tracking number or missing shipping status, please contact us. We will investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost or delayed, the same policy applies.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If an incorrect address or contact information is provided, resulting in an undelivered or unclaimed package, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipping. Orders are shipped to the exact details provided during purchase.
